Clayton Barrows is Professor of Hospitality Management at the University of New Hampshire. He has worked in the hospitality industry and hospitality education in the US and Canada for 25 years. His areas of expertise are food and beverage management and private club management. He has published numerous articles in both of these areas in such journals as the Journal of Foodservice Business Research and the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. Additionally, he has co-authored four books relating to the hospitality industry. Finally, he is editor of the International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Administration, a Haworth Press publication.
