Clubs & Activities

Our student chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing International (HSMAI) is a very active group, involved in sales blitzes for regional lodging properties, on-campus service activities, and staffing of our numerous industry-related trade shows. In addition, several students travel and participate in the national meeting of HSMAI.

The first chapter of Eta Sigma Delta, International Hospitality Management Society was established in 1978. As a traditional honor society, it meets the standards of the Association of College Honor Societies. Eta Sigma Delta also fills the role of a professional society, with strong service offerings to students, alumni, faculty, and organizations actively engaged in the industry. Hospitality students, in their junior year with a 3.0 or better grade point average, are eligible for membership.
