Meet a Whittemore Undergraduate Student:

Jamie Sullivan '12 - Jamie's experiences at UNH and the Whittemore School are completely surpassing her expectations. She recently added the International Business and Economics option to the Marketing major that she had declared. She is enrolled in UNH's London Program to study at Regent's College in London for the spring of her junior year. This will allow her to study business on an international level while living in the United Kingdom and to travel in Europe during a semester abroad.

Thomas "Ted" Broderick '12 - Ted's decision to attend UNH allowed him to accept enrollment in the highly-regarded Whittemore School degree program while continuing to ski at a national level. After winning the 2008 Waterville Valley Eastern Championships in GS in Slalom as an adaptive alpine skier, Ted Broderick was considered an elite athlete. As he considered his choices for college, he thought he might have to put his passion for skiing on hold while obtaining his undergraduate degree. Instead, he found the athletic development program offered through a UNH cooperative program, Northeast Passage, for athletes with physical disabilities. He successfully competed in the 2009 U.S. Adaptive Alpine Nationals in Winter Park, Colorado. He is a WSBE Dean's List student with honors, majoring in finance, and trained with the UNH Men's Ski Team to compete for a spot on the 2010 Winter Paralympic Ski Team.
