Guidelines for Submitting Two-page Summaries

Cover Sheet: Team Details:

• Include team members' names, email addresses, home and cell phone numbers, colleges, degree programs, majors, and class years
• The ideal team composition is interdisciplinary (e.g. Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Humanities, etc.)
• Maximum of four members per team
• Include faculty advisor(s) name, office and cell phone numbers, and email address

Use the following style and format:

• Font: Times New Roman 11pt, single space, one inch margins
• Clearly state your product or service innovation
• List,then respond to all questions detailed on the summary question page
• All work must be original with all outside references properly documented

Keep the following in mind:

• The maximum length is two pages for the February 22nd submission (not including cover sheet)
• If technology-based, do not describe how your technology works.  Instead explain what the product or service innovation is and the need(s) it fulfills.

Upload completed papers in PDF or WORD format by the due date.
