Part-Time MBA Curriculum
Our innovative curriculum was designed specifically to accelerate your progress through this highly ranked AACSB accredited MBA program. We do it by integrating courses, identifying key skills and concepts necessary for success in business and then helping you to master these skills and concepts through class discussions, case studies, guest lectures, and projects. Students may choose to complete their degree program at either our main campus in Durham or our urban campus in Manchester.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to the knowledge that builds insight into complex organizations. Core courses will focus on the functional areas of business, how they interact, how they contribute the goals and objectives of the organization, and how they can be managed effectively. You will learn the behavioral and social skills that empower effective leaders in any organization, as well as the technical skills necessary to understand complex business processes, manage the development of technology projects, and utilize data for effective decision making.

Once you have completed most of the core courses, you will begin your elective concentration. Concentrations provide you with the opportunity to focus on a specific area of interest while studying with faculty who are recognized authorities in their fields. In the past students have chosen such areas as Financial Management, Entrepreneurial Venture Creation, Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
While you can complete the Part-Time MBA in 22 months some students choose to follow a reduced course load. the Part-Time MBA is the most flexible MBA. Students can complete the degree program anywhere from 2-6 years.
