Economics majors with outstanding academic records will be invited to join Omicron Delta Epsilon [1] (ODE), the international honor society in economics. In order to be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:

• Junior or senior standing
• An overall GPA of 3.4 or better
• Successful completion of Intermediate Microeconomics (ECON 605) or Intermediate Macroeconomics (ECON 611)

Invitation letters for the Induction Ceremony are sent out in mid-to-late November and the ceremony takes place in December.

ODE sponsors a number of social and professional development events that are open to all students interested in economics (not just members). Details will be posted here.
