By Roman Frydman and Michael D. Goldberg - Confidence seems to be returning to markets almost everywhere, but the debates about what caused the worst crisis since the Great Depression show no sign of letting up. Instead, the spotlight has shifted from bankers, financial engineers and regulators to economists and their theories. This is not a moment too soon.

This innovative conference will address contemporary issues in the field of organ transplantation with the principal aim of disseminating a practical and actionable approach to key challenges and controversies facing the field. Significant shifts in regulatory oversight and factors governing organ allocation, costs and quality of care have also occurred. Discussions on these phenomena are often segmented, partisan, and lack a focus on patient perspectives.

Community Health & Hospice is hosting its 2009 Annual Meeting on September 23rd at The Inn at Mill Falls, Church Landing in Meredith, NH. Keynote address will be given by Dr. Robert Woodward PhD.
