MS-MOT BAE Systems

Admission to this Master of Science in the Management of Technology Program (MS-MOT)  is limited to employees of BAE Systems, Nashua, N.H. This is an intense, one-year, 36-credit MS degree delivered in a blended face-to-face and on-line format, and divided into three modules: Business Fundamentals for Technical Managers, Advanced Concepts for Technical Managers, Advanced Management of Technology.

Many of these people have been promoted since they started the program. The MS-MOT will help you progress in your career from project management into complex program management and corporate guidance.

 

The crucial requirement for admission to the MS-MOT Program is a history that demonstrates the applicant has the potential and desire for graduate study. All students must have completed a four-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) before beginning the program. Our program is designed to develop critical thinkers and proficient problem solvers, professionals who are trained to devise alternative strategies to use appropriate technologies in solving problems, and to use quantitative and qualitative data to understand varying business situations.

We prepare innovative leaders who effectively manage teams on technology-based projects, incorporating diverse opinions and resolving conflicts. Our graduates are also effective communicators, both in written materials and oral presentations.
